Two months of bank statements for all accounts (checking, savings, 401k).
If receiving child support, all backup documentation.
A $60.00 money order made out to Big Bonanza for the credit report. Your application, proof of income and credit report are sent to the landlord for approval. It takes about 48-72 hours from receipt of the application.
No dogs or cats unless approved and the pet lease and monthly deposit are paid.
At the time of signing the lease, the first month's rent and deposit(s) are due in full.

Applying with HH&T

There is no charge to apply online. A $60.00 money order made out to Big Bonanza covers your credit report, and you bring it with your documents to your appointment.

A copy of your driver's license and Social Security card, two years of tax returns with all W-2s and 1099s, paystubs covering the last three months, two months of statements for every bank account, and backup documentation for any child support.

Your application, proof of income and credit report are sent to the landlord for approval. It takes about 48-72 hours from when we receive everything.

Every adult you name as head or co-head of household signs electronically by typing their full name on the last step. A co-head is anyone with the legal right to enter into a lease who will share its rights and responsibilities.

No dogs or cats unless approved, with a signed pet lease and the monthly pet deposit paid.

The first month's rent and all deposits are due in full at lease signing.

Your application is sent over an encrypted connection and stored encrypted. Only authorized HH&T staff can open it. Full Social Security and driver's license numbers are permanently erased once your application is processed, or after 30 days at the latest.
